1. Introduction

Welcome to bpex — an online sports betting and gaming platform available at bpex.win. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bpex platform, including the website, mobile app, and any related services. bpex is designed for adult players in Pakistan who want to place bets on cricket, PSL, football, esports, and other sports, and to play slots, bingo, and other casino games with PKR as the account currency.

These Terms should be read alongside the bpex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guide, both of which are incorporated by reference. Where these Terms are silent on a matter covered by those documents, those documents apply. In case of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

bpex reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use of bpex after the updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a bpex account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bpex does not allow access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active bpex account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or registering as a nominee.

bpex reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account credentials — your username and password — are your responsibility. bpex will not be held liable for losses arising from your credentials being shared with or accessed by third parties. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bpex support immediately and change your password.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Transactions

All transactions on bpex are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange fee applied by bpex. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your bpex balance, less any fee charged by your chosen payment provider (which is outside bpex's control).

bpex currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Available methods may change over time and will be reflected in the Payments section of your account.

• Deposits: Funds are generally credited to your bpex balance within a few minutes of a successful payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification steps required.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days in standard circumstances. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. bpex reserves the right to apply identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the Payments section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account level.
• Pending withdrawals: While a withdrawal request is pending, the requested amount is held and not available for betting or gaming. You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed, at which point the funds return to your available balance.

bpex does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must come from an account, card, or wallet that belongs to and is controlled by the bpex account holder. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Betting Rules and Market Settlement

bpex offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, football, esports, and other sports categories. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. bpex reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of misuse, system errors, or irregular betting patterns.

Markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognised governing body. For cricket, this means the result as confirmed by the relevant board (PCB for domestic matches, ICC for international events). For PSL, PSL official results apply. In the event of a dispute about a result, bpex's decision following review is final.

• Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned before a result is reached, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to your balance unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play betting: Live bets are accepted subject to real-time odds. In-play markets may be suspended temporarily around key moments such as wickets, goals, or other significant events. A bet submitted during a suspension may be rejected.
• Void bets: bpex reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets where a pricing error occurred. Where bets are voided, stakes are returned in full.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-event and cumulative winnings limits apply and are detailed in the Betting section of the platform. These limits apply per account per event.

bpex strictly prohibits any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or automated betting using bots or scripts. Accounts found to be engaging in these practices will be suspended and winnings from such activity may be confiscated.

5. Slots and Casino Games

The Slots, Slot Games, and casino sections of bpex offer a range of online games powered by third-party game providers. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is available in the game's information panel.

Slots and casino games are games of chance. Outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the player, bpex, or any third party. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. Any claims of a system or strategy that guarantees winnings in slots or casino games are false.

• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before you begin playing.
• Progressive jackpot games, where available, accumulate prize pools across multiple players. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — such as a disconnection — the game round outcome may be resolved automatically. The result determined by the game server at the time of disconnection is treated as final.

6. Bingo

The bpex Bingo section runs live sessions throughout the day with PKR prizes. Each session has a fixed entry cost displayed before you join. By purchasing a bingo card and entering a session, you accept the rules of that session as displayed in the Bingo lobby.

Bingo results are determined by a certified RNG. Prizes are credited to your bpex balance automatically following session completion. In the event of a technical issue affecting a bingo session, bpex will investigate and, where possible, credit affected players fairly. Sessions that cannot be completed due to technical failure will have stakes refunded.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bpex may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.
• One bonus per player: Promotions are limited to one per player, household, IP address, and device unless stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse: bpex reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• No cash value: Bonus funds have no cash value until wagering requirements are met. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

bpex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already qualified, reasonable steps will be taken to honour commitments made to eligible players up to the point of cancellation.

8. Account Security and Fair Use

You are responsible for all activity on your bpex account. This includes bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpex support immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the bpex platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are not valid and will be removed.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform in any way connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.

bpex uses automated monitoring to detect unusual patterns of activity. Where suspicious activity is detected, bpex may place a temporary hold on withdrawals and/or account activity while an investigation is conducted. During an investigation, bpex may request additional information or documentation. Failure to cooperate with a reasonable investigation request may result in permanent account closure.

9. Privacy and Data

bpex collects and processes personal data in accordance with the bpex Privacy Policy, which is available at bpex.win/privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy covers what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights in relation to it.

bpex does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is necessary to process transactions and verify identity, and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

10. Responsible Gaming

bpex is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair, and sustainable for adult players. The platform includes a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set optional reminders that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite break from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or play. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Account history: Your full transaction and betting history is available in your account at all times. Reviewing it regularly helps you stay in control of your spending.

11. Account Closure

You may close your bpex account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your usual withdrawal method, subject to verification requirements being met.

bpex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Required identity documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account activity is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious financial transactions.
• A self-exclusion request is active.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (as defined in the platform's dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed by bpex due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed by bpex for reasons unrelated to a breach, the remaining PKR balance will be returned to the account holder following verification.

12. Limitation of Liability

bpex provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the platform is available at all times, bpex does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical failures outside bpex's reasonable control.

bpex's liability to any individual user is limited to the PKR balance held in that user's account at the time of any claim. bpex is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind. This includes losses arising from missed betting opportunities due to platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms limits bpex's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

bpex may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. For material changes, bpex will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance through the platform or by email. Continued use of bpex after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using bpex and close your account. Any bets already placed and any balance already held in your account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the Terms in force at that time.

14. Contact and Disputes

If you have a question about these Terms, a concern about your account, or a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please contact bpex support through the Help section of the platform or by emailing the support team. bpex aims to respond to all queries within two business days.

Disputes regarding bet settlement should be raised within 30 days of the relevant event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. bpex's decision following a good-faith investigation of a dispute is final.
